Loved it. The decor, ambiance, floor plan. This place was a joy to stay, I wish I could have stayed longer. Friendly staff and close to all kinds of interesting places. Kinda pricey for me but it was a weekend.
We enjoyed our two night stay in Hurricane and it was a good center for our activities. We were within short drives to several National Parks and Hurricane has nice restaurants for when the day is through. For most part, the Hotel was Covid smart and safe. I guess my only complaint would be a lack of an outdoor pool or place to soak up some rays. Then it would be a total Gem. But....we would go back in a second!
We had booked a two night stay. We were traveling about 5 hours to get there. On our way our car broke down so we couldn't get to the hotel. I called to cancel, understanding we wouldn't be refunded for the first night. But, they also refused to refund the second night. It was 24 hours in advance which is what the policy says online. The person I spoke to was rude and not helpful in the least. It seems very dishonest to charge someone for two nights when the cancellation policy says you will only be charged for one. Do Not Stay at This Hotel!!!!!
New facility, exceptionally clean and very attentive and helpful manager and staff. We booked for a group of 15 and they were incredibly accommodating.
Best rooms in town at the best price! Clean and well lit modern rooms and property. By far the best Choice/Comfort Inn I have stayed at. Friendly helpful staff make the experience that much better. Don't pass it up! We are glad we didn't!👍😁
