They have friendly staff. Fairly clean but they need some updates. Paid around 120 for two nights which was reasonable. They are about 30 minutes from Zion National Park. The drive is not bad if you're on a budget.

I hate to give a poor review due to the kindness of the folks and, and freshness of the food.....however, zero masks worn by the staff, a thick hair laying on top of my omelette, and the cottage cheese had turned and had a blue spot like blue cheese under my first bite. Won't hurt you, but it was just disappointing. The omellete was tasty (yes, I picked off the hair and ate the other half). The staff was very apologetic and offered a new meal, which I didn't need/want. Any other day without these mishaps, I'm sure it would be fine. The bacon was nice maple this cut. I'll go back and try again.

This gentleman at the front desk gave me the best customer service ever. Such a nice guy that I will always stay here. Yes the hotel is not the newest, but it's clean and great price.

The owner was fantastic. Made reservation online. The card on file was no longer valid. He held my room and was taking me as a walk in. I madexa wrong turn and my trip was extrended by 15 mins. I called to let him know I was running late. My reservation was for 3. My husband called and said he would be joining us since we were near him (traveling for work). I added the extra person to the room and the owner discounted our stay due to our honesty. Needless to say he was so kind to my family. The entire experience was great.

Terrible Customer service, failed to honor online price We called on the price and the first receptionist was super rude and vulgar and failed to honor the online price. We then went in to claim the overnight rate that was listed on the Internet. The man behind the counter was super duper rude......to my son (13). We left and went to the Koa Campgrounds and where treated amazing.
