This hotel has had no HOT water throughout various rooms. The boiler was just replaced 4 days ago I'm in 203 there is still NO hot water and no effort is being made to accommodate.

I had a good service a good day and very nice people
I came from Washington to visit my friend. I stayed at umbrella hotel for a week. I was so amazed by the services provided by them. Room was so clean and the staff is warm and polite. Even the front desk guy Harman is so friendly. They are simply setting benchmarks for the hospitality industry.
