Rite Aid

I went to pharmacy to pick up medicine and the pharmacist chin i believe her name was , was very unprofessional! i asked for consultation on my meds and she acted as if i was bothering her and was clearly rushing me. she then told me she didnt have time and that i can use google to find out what i want to know. i also saw a young girl pick pills off the floor and puit them in medicine bottle so disgusting ! i need to change pharmacies! so rude and unsanitary !!!!!!!!!!!!

My husbands doing me a favor to pick up my medications from the pharmacy since we are social distancing and im feeling under the weather. The pharmacist couldnt fill the ear drops prescribed to me due to my insurance but she told my husband he couldnt afford the medication after he asked her how much it would be. She insulted him by assuming we were to poor to afgord the ear drops. Ive been trying to speak to someone about this matter but no one will pick up the phone.

I have been calling the pharmacy for the past 3 days! My sons medication is still not fixed and I need them!! Even the dr called them and no answer! I can not take this anymore!

Rude staff never have the stuff you’re looking for.

This place has improved so much!! The employees are all friendly especially Cathy, and the store is super clean. Lines are long of course but it's a busy area. Lots of old people with otc cards.
