Some of the workers are horrible! I spent my time waiting on line hearing one of the workers complain about how much work they have and how the line was so long and they didn’t want to work. How unprofessional. However the morning workers are awesome and so nice and understanding :)

I gave 2 stars cuz of the poor pharmacy service.nnI miss Rite Aid Pharmacy they always did my mother's medicine on time and never called me to renew prescription they did it themselves. Never rude and always helpful. Now this Walgreens pharmacy messed up my moms prescription. They gave her the 3 months supply of one and when we went to go back to get the other one the following day it was the same thing as before but I didnt realize it till I was home. Now they gave me a hard time on the phone and said she got it and it was picked up and I needed to bring back the medication's I pick up the day before, this is Unacceptable especially during Covid19. They need to get there stuff together already.

Walgreens has Calomine lotion for $7+. I got it for $2 at the discount store next to the Lucky Star Chinese restaurant in Parkchester. The clerk in the discount store even thought $7+ was too much.

Disgusting Management at night .Claims she can’t honor sale prices that ring up wrong .Tried to cash out at two different registers and they froze .Cashier explained it was rewards /coupons from app stalling computer .After standing there switching registers twice still no luck .The fake “manger Cathy” told me that she was gonna reboot computer but if sales prices didn’t come or coupons , off I’d have to wait for the morning Manger .I told her that in the morning they tell me they can add/adjust price and coupons. Told me to come in n the morning to speak to him .Prices at this store are always wrong , signs never match .And they got nerve to worry about the neighborhood junkie stealing . Own management team at night is a bunch of thieves .
