They really care about their customers and go above and beyond to satisfy customers.nI have been a satisfied customer for several years and will continue to be a customer, even if I moved out of the neighborhood. It would be worth the trip to continue dealing with them as my pharmacy. It's rare today to find the kind of service they provide.

I have been at this place since 2000 and I could tell you the there services are great,the customer service on all departments, for me I could tell you the they make me feel like family. I recommend Jerome Drugs, medice always on time and if you forget the day of pick up your medication, guess what, They always text and call you to let you know they are ready to pick up. Jerome Drugs staff’s level of customer service is commendable, and they even send text alerts when it is time to pick up your medicine. Their only fault is limited medical inventory, they are a small pharmacy so they don’t carry a large verity of medical supplies and some times they are short on medication, but they always make sure to reimburse you for the inconvenience.
