I hate giving bad reviews, but this one is warrented. When this location was a Rite Aide, it was right on point. The shelves were always stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The products were easy to find and the lines moved quickly. And lastly, there was really no need to have a store security guard on duty.nnWhen it became Walgreens, it became the complete opposite of what it use to be. The shelves are always empty. The inventory is in disarray and sloppy. Common items that should be stocked are no where to be found. Items that were readily available, are now locked behind partitions and now you have to ask the staff to unlock it.nnThe guard on duty is usually walking around, looking at his cell phone, rather than patrol the store. Honestly, a guard isn't needed. There was this one time that the guard on duty, a different guard mind you, was busy chatting with the cashiers up front, while there was a long line, talking nonsense. A store manager even took part of the same nonsense.nnI loved this location when it was Rite Aide and now, I avoid it as much as possible. Honestly, I hate it there. There are many, many people in the community that feel the same way, just ask around and you will see.nnOwnership really needs to step in and clean this location up. Again, I hate giving bad reviews, but they had it coming.

I agree that this store was better when it was rite aid in all aspects. When the pharmacy was out of stock I knew I would get my medication by the next day. Here I am 5 days later with no medication and I have called the pharmacy several times to find out the status of when I will possibly get my medication and no one picks up and the call is disconnected from their end. This is unacceptable!!!!

Sonia is amazing, she is attentive and works to do her job as conscientious as possible. Every time i come in she's always working so hard. I have been a customer for over ten years and she has always provided the best service. God bless her soul.
