Walgreens

They don't answer the phones in the pharmacy. I would've gave one star , but the nice pharmacist helped me when I went in person. Also it takes FOREVER for them to fill a simply prescription. I would recommend another pharmacy.

The Pharmacy is horrible. Ever since they changed Chris and Arson the pharmacists. They wait to the last minute to tell the customers the prescription not ready or if theirs a problem with the insurance.

They have moved everything around. Makes it hard to find anything. They did have some Doctor Bronner's products. Oh! No shopping carts at all in the store! Why is that??? Just horrible experience for me. One helpful young man who worked there brought out a small wheeled basket. Unfortunately, I really needed a large supermarket type shopping cart!nUPDATE 04-01-2021: Went to pick up a prescription and they forgot about us! Waiting for over 40 minutes! Had to go back to the counter to inquire and the Rx was there, on the counter! How did they not see it and call me immediately?

Very bad service , 2x I call to asked a question,they closed the calls. 30 minutes waiting for the first call and 20 minutes for the 2nd call. To they closed the calls.

I received a phone call while at work today that my medication was ready for pick up and I went to pick up my medication and the lady that attended me was so rude. She tells me that I owe $1.30 I told her I didn't have it. I told her I'll be back Friday. She lashed out at me telling me how much my health insurance is paying the cost and I didn't even ask her, how much they spent on it. It wasn't nobody's business. All I said, I didn't have it and I'll be back. To be nasty & rude like that I had to take a step back and hold myself. Because this tell me the maturity I got to deal with in this Walgreen in Third Ave.
