Called to find out why it was so difficult to get my prescription sent from the pharmacy to my house when it used to always work. Pharmacist tells me they are not doing ship to home from store because they are too busy with the vaccine. While I understand that the vaccine is important and might be making things difficult at the pharmacy, I don't think that justifies the pharmacy not filling ship from store to home requests especially now in the middle of pandemic when there are people who still can't or are too afraid to leave home and need their medications. Not all medical coverage cover medications being sent from the Walgreens warehouse.

Always such a long wait some employees are very unprofessional and talk very rude , my mother and I came in to get baby formula and we pressed the button for assistance in the baby aisle, waited 10 minutes nobody came so I had to look for an employee and tell them and even then we waited almost 10 more minutes! Extremely disappointed!

Employees do not wear their masks properly.

I had to pick up two large packages. Daniel was very helpful, he even helped my mom and I carry one of the package to the car. He was also very kind and courteous when I called to inquire about the items. The female cashier was also very friendly. I really appreciate the high class customer service. They are very rude to seniors at the pharmacysection. I was buying medication and waited on line for 10 minutes when I got to the register they said the line was only for pick up medicine . Many years I come here and never had a problem they have nothing posted as to this and when I requested the manager the pharmacist who came out said was not there but will have it posted.please be aware seniors citizen they are rude the worse Walgreen I been to they need to be fired.to think we are in an emergency and one day they will become seniors. If I can give them -1 I would.
