The staff really does make it a point to go out of their way.. to maximize the guest experience without being overwhelming a perfect feeling of resting safely...parking lot is convenient and save... cleanliness is beyond my expectations staff always working and willing to lend a helpful hand and make sure quality stays put... the rooms are very nice the location is great don't waste your time checking around an area this is the place to be as a frequent traveler I have not had an experience this delightful

I was dress coded for my pajamas, the office closes at 7pm so no towels or clean sheets after that time (which is really inconvenient for night shift workers being as though that’s when we get up), I was told the “professional construction workers” that worked here can’t control themselves so I needed “to put more clothes on.” I visited from California. you can only have two towels at one time when their suites with two double beds sleeps 4? just really annoying and the sexist comments were just about it for me.

The rooms were clean and the right fit for our stay.nnBe very careful about this brand's policies.nnI had to depart after 2 days of an 8 day stay due to an injury that required immediate treatment (broken leg). When I inquired about a possible refund on the remaining balance (yes, 6 days) I was told that it is against the hotel's policy.nnI escalated this request to Choice Hotels Corporate and received the same answer.nnI ended up paying for 8 days for a 2 night stay. This, on top of trying to deal with a heavy injury two day travel away from home.

Clean cozy air condition rooms and everyone is extremely nice helpful plus wear their masks.nnRobbie is fun you can tell she loves what she does and the most helpful

The staff is diligent about keeping everyone safe. The maintenance man is very knowledgeable. The Housekeepers are very kind.
