Booked late last minute driving from Colorado to Chicago - Jason was very polite and informative at check in. The rooms were VERY CLEAN, modern decor and comfortable! Jason was also at the breakfast helping out and helpful to us being served a hot breakfast. DEFINITELY will make this hotel our regular stop to and from Colorado.
Some aspects (like the elevator and bathrooms) are a bit dated, but the overall experience was a good one. The check-in process was easy, the room was clean, there were towels in the pool area, and they had both hot and cold breakfast options. All staff we interacted with were helpful and accommodating.
Very nice hotel rooms. Helpful and polite staff. It was nice to stay at a hotel that put the extra effort into providing services like breakfast and a swimming pool during the COVID crisis. The pool was more like a mini-water park and the water was pleasantly warm. They could have gotten by without providing breakfast, but made a bunch of grab-and-go bags for everyone. We will be back.
Really nice experience. Jason at the front desk was very accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Pet friendly as well, for no additional cost. It did get fairly warm in the room even though we had the room on A/C at 60 degrees, not that big of a deal at the end of the day.
They are limiting how many people can be in the pool area. We had to reserve what 2 hour time we wanted to swim per day. Our room was good sized and updated. The bathroom did not seem to be updated like the rest of the room. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly.
