This is a beautiful, well designed and furnished hotel. I will definitely stay here again! The rooms are beautiful and clean, as is the rest of the hotel.
Hotel is very aged. Does not appear close to online pictures. Blood stains on sheets and stains on ceiling. Our room was no a suite but a corner unit which was smaller than a normal hotel room. Be careful here.
Don't stay here with pets! They stick us on the 3rd floor and it was $75 pet fee for one night! Ridiculous! We have stayed at Staybridge Suites all over the US and have always paid $25 pet fee. The dishes in the dishwasher had stuck on food, there were no eating utensils and one glass. NO GUESTS WERE WEARING MASKS! Goodbye Omaha, we won't be back!!!!
Beautiful rooms and great staff! My go to place for a nice stay-cation.
I suggest to book online. We called the night before our stay, was informed that we couldn't be guaranteed a king suite due to people booking online. So we booked a queen suite. When we arrived and asked about upgrading she said she couldn't give us one because someone online might have it booked. When I asked if she would look she said 'I will humor you and check'. Still didn't get one. Room was great! Breakfast the next morning was supposed to go until 10. When we arrived at 9:15 they were out of hot food, only prepackaged donuts and yogurt. The housekeeping gentlemen was awesome. Even chased us down when he discovered we forgot a charger.
