Sam is the definition of what customer service should be. My mom and sister had stayed here when my sister had a medical appointment so when I came to town to have surgery there was no doubt where we'd stay. Sam made sure I was on the ground floor and had a nice recliner to sleep in. He got us anything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The rate was affordable and I am so happy with our stay. The rooms are huge and you can tell they do everything they can to make it homey. Thank you again for the amazing hospitality.
Horrible person
It was nice to walk in and be remembered!! Very homey and clean rooms. Will be my go to place when needing to stay in Omaha. Highly recommend!
The man who owns the hotel is so friendly and down to earth. You can see he takes pride in his business. The rooms are so clean.
A bit dated, but always spotlessly clean.
