Great hotel, awesome prices, staff is friendly and amazingly helpful. We had some issues and odd requests but they handled everything quickly and didn't bat an eye. 10 out of 10 will stay there again!
Kendra is a real mvp in the hospitality industry. I've stayed at over 8 hotels in the Omaha area. In my 9 months of travel. Kendra is the reason why I've made this place my weekly stay. I'm sure there are more stays to come from me and my coworkers (that stay at the hotels I book at for ease of travel).
Nice staff who are extremely courteous. Moved my room during check in away from a floor full of kids. Extremely proactive staff!!
I was only there for under an hour, attending a hot tub display. This is the reason for my 3 star rating. ✌
Overall great hotel. I'm not sure if this is because of covid or how they operate, but every time I stay here, the receptionist is nowhere to be found and I have to physically get them from the back room to get my mobile key.
