I called a week in advance to reserve a room with a Jacuzzi inside of it. We go in to stay for our reserved Jacuzzi room just to find out after we walk up there and put all of our luggage in the room that there is no Jacuzzi in the room. We walked down to the front desk to the 2 Receptionist who called down the “new” owner And he informed the 2 “new” receptionist that there are no longer any Jacuzzi rooms at that hotel and he offered to give me a refund but beings I reserve the room a week ago I did not have time to find another one in the location I needed with the Jacuzzi room inside of it. It was obviously a special occasion if I needed a special room and they completely ruined it and offered me a $19 discount. I was completely livid and baffled on The level of the owners customer service skills and common sense and courtesy. One of the receptionist met me at my room door and gave me an extra $20 out of his own pocket which was very kind of him and both of the receptionist were great but the hotel sucks and the pool was cold so I highly recommend going to another hotel this one is a waste of time and money!!!!
When we got to our room, the mini fridge had the last person's food in it, there was hair all over both beds and there was dirt in the sink. It was a nice hotel and I think someone may have just missed cleaning the room well. Because of that, I have to give it 3 stars.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They don't care if a customer has covid!!! Will not refund money if you have covid!!! Will charge you again even its supposed to be a credit!!!! The owner is a THEIF!!!!
it was just ok because the pool heater isn't the best and there is no hot tub. or its closed due to covid :(
