I really enjoyed my stay here. I ended up choosing this hotel because of all the reviews that gave it high marks for cleanliness and I was not disappointed. My room was Immaculate and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast was good and filling, the wifi was fast, and the people were friendly.nnThe only thing that gave me a pause was the lack of a closet. Naturally, I assumed these doors opened into a closet to be able to hang my clothes up but they were locked up tight. Therefore, the Executive Suite has no closet apparently?nnRegardless, I will stay there again the next time I'm in town.
Great staff. Awesome clean hotel. One suggestion is that management needs to address the mud situation from people staying there who have no respect for the hotel or others. This the second week in a row that there is tons of mud all over the hotel. It’s not right. I’d kick em out if they did that on my property. Hopefully this is addressed.
It would have been great if we didn't have bed bugs... service was great room was clean but then when it came time to lay down... saw bedbeg crawling on blanket... going to have to stop at laundry mat now and wash all my stuff before I come home and throw away my suitcase there's no way im risking bring those bugs into my home!!! I hope they do get it taken care of it was a nice hotel in a great spot.
This was a wonderful place to stay! Pet friendly, loved the free breakfast grab bags. Our room was spotlessly clean, the shower huge and light, and the bed was comfy. Most of all, I felt safe because staff adhered to Covid health guidelines. Will stay here again and highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
Michael, the Front Desk guy, was awesome. Extremely easy going and helpful. He went out of his way to make conversations that not only helped him make the experience great, but showed how much knowledge and trust he had in the Brand he represented. I'd give more than 5 stars if that was an option.
