Management is very friendly and helpful. This place is trying to show that living in a mobile home can be a pleasant experience. Prices are reasonable and they screen residents for criminal records. I highly recommend anyone looking for quiet country living checking this place out first.
How can I get corporate office number. Can someone please give it to me. I have asked management but they will not give it away and I'm not sure why since that's who we pay... No stars for rating I just needed to click on one for me to post
The new owners are terrible. Every year for the past 4 years rent has went up, they promised better roads and better water, fell through on both. You can now live in a Fremont in mobile homes for the same price and at the beginning of the new contract year it will be cheaper. Stay away from slumville. It has now been over a month, and it has been rumored that the slum lord will not fix the water, because why be humane, when self indulgence and greed exists?
Filthy,old trailers falling apart...they need to clean the lot up of all the trash..
There is no way to contact the owner of the park that you are paying your rent for. The management at this park is the worst I or my neibors have ever seen...never even speaking to you only dropping off an occasional note taped to the door as they refuse to talk to anyone.nI did give the park two stars as it is a great place to live and quit as well as no thef and very friendly neibors. Close to Fremont and Blair as well as school bus pick up at the drive...lot of great things here of management was changed
