My name is Tony and I've been staying at the Madelia Hotel and Suites for close to two months on work related business. I came to this location with everything I needed to start a new career and was across the state from family and friends . Needless to say I was anything but comfortable about that. Since I've gotten here each day I have a positive reaction with the hotel. It's the Lady who runs the counter Lori , that makes me feel appreciated for my business instead of just another resident. I have been given a ride in bad weather to my job , had all the clean linens and amenities offered to me at my acceptance and mind you I don't have to ask. It's right there for me. I could have gotten a place easily by now but I am not in a hurry because I truly enjoy staying here for now the convenience is absolutely perfect. I never get the feeling of being cramped or they are focusing on my check-out date. There reason it feels like that, it's because the attendant Lori makes you feel at home.. I would recommend anyone to stay here... Service is impeccable.
Clean comfy rooms. Staff was amazing and so very accommodating. traveling with my mother i need to be very specific with room location. This lady tolerated me beautifully so friendly and fun. We'll be back for sure! Thanks for a great stay Lori
Madelia Hotel and Suites is a charming hotel! Lori is fantastic.....and this property is just 20 minutes from Mankato/ Mayo (just off the interstate). Great prices, comfy beds, wonderful service and clean rooms .......need I say more? Don’t forget to check out the great Mexican restaurant in town during your stay. Enjoy!
Lori was awesome very welcoming even at 530am when we arrived to check in. Very attentive asking if we needed anything. Hotel is very clean breakfast was out every morning and the lounge area is very family oriented with a pool table bowling pins and small air hockey table! We will be back! Laurie stayed on top of us. Made sure we didn't want or need. Just a sweet demeanor period. We will be back hoping to get same hospitality. Thank you for your awesome host skills!
