Very comfortable, great place to stay for a get away. Room 329's dishwasher did not work, however. We did call the front desk, but no one showed up to look at it. Otherwise, we loved the suite and its conveniences for skiing, etc.
Room was super cozy and clean. Hotel is super close to the hill. Great for easy access to go skiing. Skiing was great. Not to busy on the mountain. (Due to COVID-19 and reservations, so plan ahead). Food from Burnt Onion was also amazing.
Great room right next to the snow sports! Restaurants on site close- early plan ahead. Pool and indoor dining closed due to covid 19 for now.
It's 20 minutes after four and our room is not ready to check in. The attendees behind the counter are ambivalent and unconcerned with the 4 families waiting in the lobby with us. They are unable to offer an ETA when asked. This is not a good way to start the stay.
