We had some damage from last summers storms and hired Kaufman to re-roof the house, garage and shed.They also installed a new skylight as well. The crew was efficient and professional and cleaned up the worksite to our satisfaction. They even replaced a dusk sensor on our floodlight for me. The roof looks great. Well done Kaufman Roofing!
We have nothing but glowing things to say about our experience with Kaufman Roofing. We realized that we had an old roof and hail damage from 2020 and looked at a few companies. Our Estimator came out and took over all communications with our insurance and their job groups. He knew who to talk to a when. It was a smooth process, organized and safe. I would recommend Kaufman in a heartbeat. I felt like we were so very lucky to work with them and the job they have done was above board.
We had an excellent experience with Kaufman Roofing from our initial contact which continued throughout the project. Communication, whether by phone or email, was prompt and all of our questions were answered.. Tom inspected our roof, reviewed our options, materials and process and an estimate was emailed that evening. Our project took a day and a half as projected. Tom came out to check the work done after the first day and again after the crew had completed work the next day. We love our new roof and would definitely use them again! Thank you Kaufman Roofing!
I first spoke with Tom about replacing my roof and he sent me Kaufman Roofing quote the next day, as promised. His quote was the best of four three other roofing companies. Very professional with effective introduction of his family company. He spoke little but portrays strong cares for his customers. His well organized crews were on schedule, completed my roof and cleaned-up in a day and half. Tom was upfront, timely with best pricing and no surprises. He estimated with precision. Kaufman Roofing fulfilled his promises and so deserved my trust.
They did a great job. Everyone was knowledgable, friendly and respectful. No loud music or undue noise, or smoking and they took care protecting the house and surrounding garden.nMy neighbor comment that “ it was a first on our street that a company actually placed panels covering the windows and took care to properly place the tarps to catch the debris”!nThey coordinated with the insulation company as it had to be done at the same time. Tyler kept me informed every step and explained that i needed a “hot roof” due to the house being a story 1/2 which is going to resolve my ice dam and water leak issues.nIn fact it went so well that neither company had “down time”.nI have had neighbors comment on how professional it looks.nThe office personnel are friendly and helpful thank you Christine and Molly.nIt was like watching a ballet. The team seemed to read each others mind. Very efficient.nMost importantly: first talking with Tyler with what the issues were and what it would take to resolve them, then the company as a whole working to make that happen even with weather issues.nThank you
