We were completely happy with the roofing job that FAIRMONT Roofing did on our house. They were efficient, honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Phillip Schwanz who worked with us in getting an estimate for the best product suited to our needs. A crew came and had the job done in 2 days, with thorough clean up! Their guarantees and follow up contact makes them a very reputable company!

We decided to go with a metal roof. We contacted Fairmont Roofing and Jeremy returned our call that day. We did have to wait longer than expected to get the job done, but everything about this year was unexpected. The only issue we had with the roofers was the language barrier between them and ourselves. In general, the roofers did a good job, (considering the awful weather they were working in) but we did have some concerns. When we contacted Marcus about our concerns, he came out within two days along with Zach and addressed all of our questions and issues. Marcus got up on our finished roof and inspected it and fixed a couple of things that were not up to his standards. We will hire them again. Love our new roof! Good job!

had a hard time dealing with them. sales staff did not tell office what we talked about then dont found out they hire third party /outside help. AND they dropped the ball and forgot about me and did not complete the job. Now just under a year later what was repaired needs attention and just like a year ago I'm getting the run around. I have given up on them and will call another roofing company. If I was told they used outside help/had no employees besides sales and office I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Fairmont roofing was able to squeeze is in at the last minute this fall. They had our roof done in only a couple days, and it looks awesome! They found out that we did not need as much work done as originally thought, and were honest and up front about it right away. That goes a long way in my book. I would recommend them to everyone needing roofing done. They are very fair on their pricing, and clean up was pretty good.

The crew at Fairmont Roofing completed our commercial roofing job on Riverfront Drive in Mankato and Marcus also helped fix a small problem at my house. Excellent communication and they got the job done properly yet expediently. The new roof looks wonderful and we haven't had any more problems with water. Top notch!
