Was at my mom apt. Clean and pick things for my mom. And did her laundry also. Love my mom do anything for her.
A good moderately priced appartment complex. Some complaints would be that it was quite dirty when my friend moved in, windows were covered with black residue that would rub off onto fingers, stove and counters as well as cupboards were clearly not cleaned prior to move-in, and the tub was in disarray. Towel racks are a little flimsy and the shelf in the refrigerator door was broken as well as two of the burners on the stove. Pros would be fair priced, quiet area with a good parking lot, and quite good looking apartments overall, and there's lots of outlets. Cons would be the almost 600 dollar rent for an appartment without a dishwasher or individual laundry, the locks are finicky and take getting used to, and the close proximity to the hospital means hearing sirens an awful lot for such a small town. Overall a quality building, and the rental agency folks are very kind.
