This was a quaint, quiet and cheap place to stay on our journey. There was a convenient general store a half block away with gas and food. You can order pizza from there and pick it up in about 15 minutes. Was about halfway between Bemidji and Park Rapids.
Place was rundown a bit, but the unit was clean. The people who run it were super nice and we got to see my mom all weekend, without having to drive back and forth to Park Rapids. Would stay again. You get what you pay for and you don't pay a whole lot here.
Great little place to rest right outside of Itasca state park and Bemidji. Will stay again!
Friendly on the phone and in person. Good value for the space. Keep in mind it is an older place, could use a little love. Bed was comfortable, water hot. We will be going back.
It's where I get the propane for our camper, which is parked at Lobos campground.
