Riverside Terrace Mobile Home Park

My Husband and I have lived here a little over a month. I give Louisa, Gordy, David, and Dea 5 ⭐'s. They are always available and are willing to answer any questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about the site management here. The community here is very nice and friendly, I'm glad we decided to purchase a home here. However, I do feel impact community housing that owns the mobile home park could improve on getting things fixed in a timely manner.

0 The only reason i gave it one star is so this would post 0 stars Roger the park manager and owners of IMPACT COMMUNITY Roger the manager harasses only my wife and i whom have our home up for rent . Was giving a written medical order singed by my surgeon . My wife and myself where under medical quarantined b4 and after surgery . The very day i had surgery the 13th of January 2121 my wife and i could only go two Dr. Appt. and back home . We forgot my surgical discharge papers so my wife had to go out to our vehicle and get them Roger the park manger went right up to my wife harassing her handed her a piece of paper that next day with a weakennImmune system passed something like a cold to her yet with me caused the pneumonia with me . Even after being dx still got sicker and more antibiotics . Than the day after tried to tow my vehicles causing me to go outside 2 days in a row Roger watched no vehicle's wher towed . Than Warren whom works for Impact called a person we know why my vehicles where on the street. Non of his business . There is no snow emergency so legal to park on the street . My wife and i have pictures of 25+ vehicle's expired tabs . Why are they not harassing them or towing expired tabs ??? . Harassment Our property has been damaged ect. All has to do with employees . All vets with to sons one a Marine on 2nd deployment to Afghanistan and the other Army also deployed . I myself disabled having numerous surgeries and treatments every to weeks . Very ill some times to weak to get out of bed . Both my wife work in the medical field i from home . On hospice resident whom was actively dying was harassing him and familynTWICE i have paid elderly vets lot rent just to keep them in there home. stress effects my health and there threats had have causes allot of stress and a decline in my health . Impact Community has active several classes action law suites and individuals law suits nationwide . They put in new water meters caused us to pay more to rent the meters almost twice as what our water usage is . Than our town gives them a huge check they pocket the money for overcharge that we as home owners paid out of own pockets yet instead of paying us back they put there money in there own pockets . Don't move in this park move into the other one . Shame on Impact Comm shame on u . There are allot of others that live hear that feel the same way about this rip u off park does ..When Louisa , David , Gordy when Louisa was park manager was the best ever now that 2 no longer work for the Park and Roger has taking over the Park has went to heck . They fired Louisa and David for no reason and its because they stood with its residents unlike the people that work for them now excluding Gordy and Warren and Michelle .. The park knows your good people except for one and he knows who he is acts nice and back stabs me in the back begins with a W . Evil people will not prevail the Godly and the good have just and we will prevail ....God has our backs and the courts and the law will and God has ours . The courts and the law will seek justice on Impact Community and the people involved in harassing a vets home and the owner that is disabled and very ill Impact Community are heartless how they can even sleep at night is beyond is residents . Vengeance is mine saeth the Lord and God will seek his justice 10 fold upon you evil , vile , heartless i would not call human ..Should also know they tried to tow one of our vehicles do to tabs my wife and I took several pictures of expired tabs that sat in the park on the street plowed in 6 cars where there should have been towed along with the 6 to 4 parking spots with another 5 parked in the street . Per rules when not a snow emergency we are allowed to park on the street with expired tabs yet Impact Community two days in a row have had two trucks to our vehicle and without succeeding . Why are they not towing. No towing all the other 25+ cars that are on the street with expired tabs not one of those people being harassed are leaving them alone . Louisa, David, Dea, and Gordy (management) are great to work with. I would give them 4.5 stars. The corporate office at Impact Community Homes, who own the park - get zero stars. They raise rent and don't fix things, They handcuff management so things take forever, they hide because they don't want to hear from the residents. I am grateful for good staff at the office.

The new manager Louisa is great! Shes always really friendly and helps us out whenever we need. Overall its been a VERY positive experience working with her

An ok place to live but the owners need to follow the rules regulations and laws regarding mobile home parks
