Michillinda Lodge is easily one of the most unique outdoor wedding venues in Michigan. As a photographer, the grounds overlooking lake michigan along with the trails of trees made amazing backdrops for my portraits with the couple. If you are looking for a all inclusive camp chic vibe look no further. What an awesome way to spend extra time with your closest family and friends all in one place. I highly recommend this amazing Michigan wedding venue!

A nice resort right on Lake Michigan. A little on the pricey side. We were there for a weekend wedding celebration. Weather was great. The resort has many outside activities to keep everyone busy having fun!nnPhotos are from the balcony of our room in the Annex.

Epic! My wife and I road-tripped through Michigan, and chose the Michilinda by chance. It was by far far the most relaxing, scenic, and comfortable place we stayed during our travels. We stayed an extra night to enjoy another sunset, listen to the crashing waves of Lake Michigan, and cap it all off with some righteous stargazing!

What a great place to get away. I came here with a group of women on a retreat and was REALLY happy with the experience. The scenery was amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing and refreshing. There's no TVs in the rooms, so it really allowed for us to disconnect and recharge. Many of us didn't have phone service and the wifi was spotty, but that's exactly what we needed. There's lots to do here. Horseshoes, basketball, swimming (in a heated pool), disc golf, there's BBQ grills, a park for the kids, a sandox, fire pit (with built in seating) and a large picnic area. The rooms are cozy and are equipped with microwaves and mini fridges. All in all, a great experience. I plan on coming back with my family.

The views from our room of Lake Michigan were amazing, and the grounds included many locations to enjoy nightly sunsets. We took advantage of the heated pool, numerous amenities like basketball, shuffle board, etc. The tree lined drive in to the resort is gorgeous. We will definitely be back.
