I wish I could give this room zero stars. Room is very dated. Mattress is sunken in the middle like a 500lb person slept on it for 3 weeks. To make things worse, my shower had no hot water, and the shower heads (like every holiday Inn I have stayed in) look like they haven't been cleaned in 16years. Not to mention the rust stain (at least I hope it was rust) in the bottom of the tub. Then when I go to step in the tub I just about cracked my head on the floor since the tube inside plane (the base) sits about 6 or so inched higher than the floor outside of the tub, you are forced to put extra weight on the foot inside the tub (these tubs have zero and I mean zero slip protection.) almost instantly making it kick out. If I hadn't been holding on the handle I surely would have busted my head on the toilet. Zero stars.
The staff has been amazing. Rachel, Karrie, Logan, D and of course the amazing housekeeping staff. Hotel is clean, staff goes above and beyond always giving 110%. Our stay was unexpected and somewhat lost and we felt like we'd met extended family in every single 1 of the staff. Thanks for everything you guys definitely rock!!
They did not inform us that their pool and spa was shut down, when we asked for a refund they told us to call price line because that's who we booked through. We called priceline and they called holiday inn who informed them that they would not refund us because they checked us in, What dishonest business who wants your MONEY. We will book at Best Western next time. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I would kike to add I never give bad reviews but this is well deserved.
Great customer service. The room I got wasn't very private so the lady at the front desk quickly offered to change it no problem. Rooms were very clean.
Sent and employee to stay. One week we receivd the GOOD NEIGHBOR discount and the next we did not even after I asked for the same discount. The counter staff did NOT seem to have there stuff together. Employee complained because they did NOT even have coffee for in the morning.
