We needed a new roof and received questionable estimates days later or were ignored by other companies.nnYour experience with this company comes in 3 parts...nnProject Manager: John came out and provided an estimate within a day talking to him. He sat down with my wife and I and walked us through prices and processes. He included my wife in all aspects of the conversation. Before we committed we would call John with questions and he answered everyone or came back to discuss others.nnOwner: There is a Bob Schmidt! He contacted me the week of the job and informed us when delivery of supplies and dumpster would be delivered. He came to the house a few days before start to answer questions.nnCrew: These guys were hard workers! They were polite and answered all my questions. The outside was clean at the end of the day during the job. BTW, they enjoy Popsicles. ud83eudd23nnWe were not disappointed with our choice.
The Bob Schmidt Roofing team did a great job with our roof replacement. The crew were all professional and friendly, and the work was great. We've received multiple compliments from our neighbors.

John came out to do some repairs on our roof. He and his co-worker were polite and punctual. The price was right and John even went out to find a better matching shingle because he wasn't satisfied with what he had originally. John even took the time to show my husband what they had completed when he got home from work.nGreat company!
Bob Schmidt is the Absolute BEST there is. He has done my home and all my rentals. Our most recent roof his price was literally thousands less than the other bids. Every job has been flawless and when he is done, you don't even know they were on your lot. He even uses magnets to make sure all debris, including nails are off the ground!
