I lived here briefly. On move in day there was a pipe in our back yard spewing human excrement. Took them weeks to take care of it. Yuck
Horribly managed, not worth the rent rate. If you're looking for a new place to live I'd choose somewhere else if I was you. Also the way they do the monthly water billing (through a separate company) is so annoying, I wouldn't wish it on my own worst enemy to deal with.
Moved out almost 6 months ago and still haven't got my security deposit back kinda wish I never leaved here because when we moved into lot number 578. 8184 kings row lane they never fixed anything we asked for the front sun room to be fixed and never did the stairs where caving in and the put more screws in and called it a day when the where rotten away and the ruffing was leaking and still didn't fix that and when I left the trailer as a good renter does I cleaned everything walls stove refrigerator floors carpet windows ceiling light fixtures i clean everything and still haven't got my security deposit that makes me upset when you make sure you do your best to make it easy for someone else to just have them move someone in because they didn't have clean anything but they can't even give you your money back and k have pictures before and after I moved in
Nice spaces trailer park nice and clean $700 a month
This place sucks wish I never moved here
