Like one other person said, took our money, made excuses, and did a poor job. I don't recommend them at all. In fact, don't walk, Run from this so called business.
Brent Papineau refused to honor a 3 year written contract WARRANTY on my roof replacement. Because he RETALIATED because of NEGATIVE REVIEW! He also has a criminal RECORD!nBrent Allen Papineau, 40, of 3685 L.15 Lane, Escanaba, was bound over on the following three counts: domestic violence, third offense, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000; interfering with electronic communications, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000; and malicious destruction of personal property (a curling iron) less than $200, a 93-day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500 or three times the value of the damaged property, whichever is greater. The charges stem from an April 24 incident in Ford River Township. Papineau posted a $2,500 cash bond (10 percent of a $25,000 bond) and was released from police custody. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim or a specific male. He was also ordered to have no alcohol or illegal drugs, not enter bars, not have firearms, and not have abusive or assaultive behavior. He must also undergo random drug testing.
Just had a new roof replaced. Texted back immediately to my requests. Team members were all professions and friendly. I’m happy with a job well done. Would highly recommend!

Spilled tar all over skylights then said it’s my fault because I didn’t want to replace them, left nails and staples all over driveway and Porch stairs maybe about 100 staples and nails all together then when I contacted him to please pick up his mess that it could hurt one my my kids or puncture a tire on my car he proceeded to curse at me and get real hostile and rude And called me honey before he cursed at me! I have screenshots of the rude text he sent to my son when my son asked him to please pick up the staples and nails. This guy doesn’t care about quality or respecting customers at all! he is very rude and careless.
