The room was clean. I don't mind this motel, but as others on here, writing reviews, have said, the man that runs or owns the motel is really a rude man. He made my boyfriend and I, let the maids in after a night, even though we were staying another night. We had to go stand outside of the room, while the maids vacuumed and did trash and such. It was kind of embarrassing. But, anytime this man saw me outside, he figured I needed something or something like that. He would call the motel room we were staying in and ask me what I needed or was looking for. Very controlling!!
If I could give them zero stars I would, the guy was very rude I was dropping my brother off and decided to stay and visit for a little while, we were being respectful, we were outside smoking and started talking to some hotel neighbors and I didnt think we were being all that loud, and this guy comes down practically telling me I need to get the f out and that our mom couldnt stop by to give him some stuff he needed and then proceeded to tell my brother he wasnt getting his deposit back, we werent trashing the room or anything we weren't throwing a party just some people having a friendly conversation outside when he verbally attacked us I would not stay here because of how rude the guy was stay away!!
I can't say enough good things about this motel! It is clean,clean,clean! The staff is awesome! My fiance and I were more than pleased.
Very good feel like I was at home
Horrible customer service- will not let customers stay in their rooms safely despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Puts staff at hugely unnecessary risk as well.
