A couple of years into owning our home, we found that the previous homeowner (a house flipper) cut some corners when putting a new roof onto the house. We knew this because we started seeing evidence of water damage around both of our chimneys. We contacted Haynes Construction & Restoration Inc. to see if they could fix the issue. Our neighbors had used them and loved them, and we were given a free estimate. Eric (the owner) gave us the estimate, and was really good about explaining the nature of the issue, options we had to fix the issue, and was also clear about a couple of things we might expect (as surprises) during the fix. We hired them, and they were very good about communicating with us as the time drew near for the repair. We had to adjust a couple of times because of weather, but always knew a day or two in advance (from Eric) that this could be the case. The repairs were made, and we have not had an issue with water in those areas since. The price was very fair, and was clearly communicated in advance. Eric personally inspected all the work that was done. Highly recommend!
