We contacted SWS Roofing for damage to our roof caused by a strong wind and hail storm. After inspection, the roofing inspector advised us to contact our insurance company and schedule a meeting with the adjuster. I did this and informed SWS of the date and time the insurance adjuster would be at our home. This appointment was also confirmed with SWS a second time as well. To my disappointment, SWS never came as scheduled and I never received a call or even a message that they would be unable to be present. It would have been helpful to have a roofing contractor present on our behalf while the insurance adjuster was inspecting the roof.
Took a few days to get a quote- but well worth the wait, new roof is excellent and price point is even better.
Would definitely use them again (hopefully I dont have another roof leak)
talk about an amazing experience from start to finish- my entire exterior roofing, and siding came out looking like a dream come true
They out-priced all other quotes- roof came out perfect
