I recommend Miller Sealcoating and Roofing. I needed to replace my roof (more than 20 years old, leaking water, rotted wood decking, telltale mold inside house ceilings) and I sought numerous quotes. Miller Sealcoating and Flat roofing gained my trust by pointing out that I don't need vents for my roof and gave me several options to save money such as reusing my metal coping. Nick and the team were very responsive. I also received a 20 year warranty on materials. I did pay more than the initial quote due to rotted wood supports that were built, replacement of a rotted wall that Miller Sealcoating and Roofing rebuilt that was out of scope from the original quote. Included in my quote was wood decking replacement.
Wouldn't buy from anywhere else I've known the owner Dave since I was a kid very good hearted person my grand father bought from his dad so we been buying from them through generations the oaks family
