The Avalon Roofing & Masonry team was amazing. The service I received was above and beyond. The sales manager and account manager were available to answer all my questions. They both worked with me to accommodate my busy schedule. When there was a change to the schedule/time they contacted me quickly to advise. The delivery team arrived as scheduled and left the materials for the job. The work crew also arrived on time and worked late in the day to complete the repair. They also took extra care to clean up my yard and driveway. They were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Team.
I recently used Avalon Roofing & Masonry after trying several other companies. They were the first company to talk me through every detail of the work to be carried out. Did a terrific job repairing my roof with before and after photos and a five year guarantee for work carried out. They even did a small repair on another part of the roof which they noticed on the day. Very professional, polite and great value. Highly recommend them.
This company was very impressive from start to finish. Brian was an excellent serviceman, organized and on top of the task at hand. He got the job done in a timely manner and there was a follow up to make sure it was done right. Would definitely recommend him and the company.
We're very pleased with the work that was done by Avalon Roofing & Masonry. The work was quality; the price was reasonable and the staff all seemed friendly and helpful. Moreover, they didn't attempt to pressure us into a sale like the Avalon Roofing & Masonry salesman who came by to give us a quote. I'd highly recommend them.
We just had our roof replaced by Avalon Roofing & Masonry and they did an amazing job. We also had gutter configuration from the 80s and they updated and fixed drainage issues. Very professional and texted when they were arriving and a picture of the finished project. Highly recommended.
