Carpet was sticky. Bed linen smelled. Towels stained. Door, switch plates and kitchen surfaces grimy. Checked out after one night. Way under standards. Expected heightened cleanliness especially during Covid.
Have been here several weeks. Nice place and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Quiet despite being on the interstate. Only problem so far was with the cable and the staff took care of it quickly. Will stay at one of these again, especially with the option of cooking in the room.
Been staying for almost 6 months while I’ve been working and looking for a place and the staff had been so helpfull since day 1! They accommodate any arrangement or anything I need ! Like a 2nd home now and I’m in no rush too leave -thomas
We have been here a month and a half now and the staff are extremely amazing the front desk clearks go way out of their way for you. I have my favorites 2 of them and they know who they are will and Megan:) the manager Janice has also been remarkable. I would recommend this hotel either for overnight or a week or like us were house shopping so we will be here a few months. I thank them for everything and they deserve recognition for going out of their way for guests, well beyond what the job calls for and I know personally I worked at a hotel. They are always smiling and have a joke or 2 for u if u seem down they lift u up... thank you all for everything we are very appreciative.nnThank you,nThe Baumgartner/Spencer couple
