Upon arrival my time had already began with a super awesome experience. Shawn was extremely down to earth, very humble,and also very knowledgeable. The room itself was super clean. I would 110% stay again and highly recommend others to do so.
My room was great, very comfortable bed. Very little dinner options and the box breakfast was less than desirable, only had it once because The box breakfast isn't offered until 7am which wasn't an option on most of my stay since my work day started at 6am. The hot tub was broken and the weight room closed for covid.
Currently staying here got the jacuzzi suite and the room is very nice and clean but I was told breakfast came with our room and that it was a grab and go due to covid.. but when I went down to get it was then told its $2.95 and its terrible the guy behind the counter hands out the box not like other hotels where you grab what you want and take to your room.. I got a stale bagel, hard boiled eggs that tasted old and a yogurt which was also gross, and ONE water could not have more than ONE. I was expecting better considering the price we paid I wont be returning you can tell the people who run this place are just flat out cheap.
As a Hilton Honors member, I'm deeply disappointed in the efforts by this location. The lack of simple cleaning befuddled me during my stay. The floor in my room certainly was not clean, see the picture. The shower flow reminded me of a slow mist, should have brought my pliers! The elevator was disgusting. Please refrain from masking the odor with baby fresh spray!
