We stayed there on the next day after hotel opened and our stay was wonderful. The front desk manager Kathy Schwartz was warm and welcoming. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place was immaculate. Due to Covid restrictions pool reservations had to be made and pool was cleaned after each use. I would definitely stay there again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area too.

It took about 20 minutes to check in because the kid behind the counter clearlydidn't know what he was doing. We signed up for a king size bed. The uncomfortable beds are clearly not king size. I own a king size bed and this was much much smaller. Management on duty even tried to convince us it was a California king bed which is clearly not right. Eight cars in the parking lot, easily a hundred rooms in this place, and they've got us all on the third floor. Unsupervised school-age kids making a ton of noise down the hall from us from 10:30 p.m. on. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered. Had to go down there to ask them to do something about the noise level. All they did was try to call the room, we heard the phone ringing, and of course no one answered. So basically they did nothing about it. They told us there would be breakfast available in the morning. When we went down to check out, management offered us yogurt or fruit or some juice. That's it. We will not be returning.

The staff and manager at this location are phenomenal! I was having issues with my booking and they were able to assist me. Everyone was so patient and kind. Thank you again!

I will not stay anywhere else when traveling to the West Chicagoland area, Outstanding Customer Service and Cleanliness that left me with a safe feeling knowing how clean it is in the times we are in. Five Star!
