Very nice customer service but the noise in the hotel is another level. We could hear someone rap in the doorway & eventually his room which was next to ours. Rooms smelled good and neat. Their breakfast wasn’t bad at all. If you don’t mind deliberate noise your stay will be comfortable
This is quite possibly the kindest and best people to work with! Jamie is absolutely charming and helps with speedy check out upon every hotel booking! Super quick check in and check out. Beautiful location and amazing remodeling has been done. This place should be your first choice! Best rates and service you can get around :)
Check-in went smoothly. The beds are comfortable, but the blankets are paper thin. I expected there to be a comforter, but there wasn't. The walls are about as thin as the blankets. Our neighbor was angry and yelling in his room until 4am. I'm a light sleeper and deal with ptsd so I didn't sleep until my neighbor finally passed out. I had tried to contact the front desk continously from about 3am until about 3:30. But nobody picked up. When I talked to the lady in the lobby as we where leaving, she offered us half off the next time we stay, but I will never stay at this location again. The recorded message when you call the front desk says they guarantee your comfort when you stay there, but I do not agree.
Had a terrific stay. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet. The very charming, sweet young woman working the desk in the morning was wonderful! She knows why..! ud83dude09 Great stay during tough times.. Thanks.
Nice clean horel, pool was closed due to covid. Can't hold that against them. I was traveling for business and my booking was done through Expedia. Had trouble checking in but Jamie at the front desk went above and beyond to figure out what happened. It's nice to see that there are people who still care about customer service!! By the way Jamie, the Jumbo Crab restaurant is awesome if anyone asks again!!ud83dude00
