This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! The wall by the bed had brown stains dripping down it in several spots, there was an old stain on the comforter that resembled blood, the toilet ran all night, and to top it all off, the lock on the door was broken off completely! I will absolutely never stay here or again. It was disgusting.
Called twice (just to be safe) the afternoon of staying to make sure the pool was open since the kids wanted to swim and was told both times that it was open until 11pm. After paying for the room, I find that the pool has been reserved until 9pm. Had this been known I would have stayed somewhere else.
Nice rooms. Keys stopped working almost every time it was needed. DOORS are not childproof ready.
The hot tub water was literally GREEN...definitively not the cleanest hotel. Or quiet.
Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk
