By far the best place I've applied to live at. Super flexible and understanding. There's a large fishing pond on the property. I cannot wait until spring when we can fish and walk around the trailers. Super close to restaurants, the airport and my workplace. Yet we're kinda out in the country so it's super peaceful. I talked to Fred and told him what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for. The Approval process was fast and easy I was Approved before I new it. I Recommend come in here and talking to Fred he will go out of his way to help.
First off let me just say that I appreciate your time and effort on actually making people waste their time on trying to get a good place to stay, we were trying to give you the $3000 + interest down payment for the trailer/home you had for sale. It seems this place hasn't lost it's touch on criticism and patience over the past 15 years since the last time my family lived in this place. all because they didn't want to wait for the next following week to get back to you about buying the property. Again, thank you for wasting our time, I'm sure the other people who actually bought the trailer before us will enjoy the same fate we once did. ud83dudd95ud83dudc4e
