The Sales person Jason, office staff, and the great crew made this project a great experience. Jason was very professional during the bid and answered several questions via text and calls promptly. He did a great job explaining the GAF process and warranties. I recommend this company for all roofing projects.

When we bought our house, we were told the roof had about 5 years left. One day we opened a side door to discover that the soffitt had come part from the house and was hanging from the roof. We reached out to a few companies for quotes. I have to say my best experience was with Chad from Fields Roof Service. He was on time and went over the roof with me in detail. This is my first house and I don't know much about roofs, so all the information was very helpful to me. The quote was in line with others we received, but I really liked the way the estimate was broken down. Other companies left many items open and I understand that as things evolve there can be additional costs, but the estimate I received from Fields was very transparent and upfront. It allowed me to plan the budget. When work started, the team arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They took care to clean up every day after they had worked. Chad came every day and kept me apprised of the situation. There were some issues encountered and he explained them to me in detail and he then offered me what we could do. Our new roof is amazing. I like the shingles we picked and the work they did was perfect. I actually had a neighbor compliment me on the new roof already. If you need work done, I suggest you call Fields. Top notch customer service, very fast responsiveness. Fields has provided quality service and work for our business for well over a decade. They always find time for us if we have an unexpected emergency leak on our older roofs. They've also been very good helping us resurface roofs on different buildings as older areas wear out.
