We only stayed because we were too exhausted to try to find another place. The room was disgusting. The bathroom had hairs all over it. The sheets were stained. Obviously has not been cleaned. Only gave them an extra star because it didn’t have bed bugs. We checked. Avoid this place if possible.
When we got up stairs to our room the cleaning lady was finishing the bathroom which is fine. As soon as she left I went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat had not been cleaned so there was poop on the toilet seat.next the fridge is broke.the curtains had a big rip in it.there were ants on the walls in the lobby.the carpet had stains all over.
The “non-smoking” room had cigarette burns on the bed spread, whole hotel smelled like smoke. The pool water was green and had not been treated for a long time. Stains on the carpet everywhere. I did not feel comfortable with my family there so we left and went down to the Super 8.
Toilet leaks, bathtub has no caulk..bathtub leaks, cigarette burns in comforter, the place smells horrid. The carpet is trashed, the chair is ripped in half.. gross stain on another chair, u get couch pillows to sleep with. The place feels gross, looks gross, is gross. Couldnt find plates so went to cafeteria area for breakfast and it's filthy. I give up. I'll sleep in my car and call the health department so others that try and pay for this place have a fair shot to do the same. You're better off. Seriously.
Exercise equipment was all junk but looked good in the photo of their fitness center. Clean inside but outdoors area was trashy. Out of stock on supplies. Racoons in attic above my room.
