The room my brother was staying in was adequate but the carpet was in bad condition. There was evidence of spills unattended to by previous occupants. The room needs a thorough shampoo. I did not remove my shoes and my brother wears his shoes or slippers. I hope the facility sees this review and takes action. A room should emulate comfort and cleanliness
Staff was excellent! He accommodated me very nicely. I requested a change and he said yes and even showed me to my room. It was a first for me after many stays with different hotel prices from 50-400 a night I usually pay. I was comfortable, I was happy. Will stay here again. Come if you want some real hospitality.
Good place to stay for a couple nights. Nothing special, but nothing special needed. Clean sheets and quiet.
Not a bad visit. Room was clean, and the TV worked. Check in was fairly painless. Although there is some miscommunication between the website and the actual check in process. There's a $50 incident deposit required on check in. Which isn't bad, but it would be nice if this was made known beforehand. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and the surprise deposit charge kept us from enjoying our original dinner plans. That and a notice that the breakfast won't be available would he appreciated as well. Other than that it's a decent stay if you're on a road trip or just need a room for a couple days.
Room was nice. Staff was really nice.
