0 stars!!! This hotel is awful. I decided to get the jacuzzi suite. Not only did the entire hallway and room smell HORRIBLE of smoke, but the window in the room was broken. Why would I pay for a room with a broken window? I tried to get my money back & was told that they can’t do it. Then they charged my card $154 TWICE!! Highly DO NOT recommend. Save your money and find a better hotel
This Hotel deserves NO STARS! Cleanliness DOES NOT EXIST HERE. We were in our room all day & someone from Hotel tried getting in our room 3 times. Left the next day. Cob webs in corners, can see daylight where heat & air conditioning is not completely to the wall. I couldn't tell you the last time they had vacuumed our room. If you enjoy smelling weed stay here. Did I mention the many drug deals that happen here many. I know I have forgotten things but don't waste your time and money!!
Let me start by saying I stay here at least once a week, the staff are not the greatest but usually it's ok for the price.. Last week the manager opened our door at not a good time.. Later I went to get drinks from their little store she gave me 2 sodas for free and apologized.. I accepted.. Decided to stay tonight for my birthday and the lady working at 5:30 checked us in and the key card wouldn't work, she came down and gave us a different card... Upon going to bed I see a bug on the bed, IT WAS A BED BUG I looked at the bed while doing that I notice bed bug detector traps under the bed blood stains circle spots on the pillows and mattress cover.. I packed up our stuff and went to front desk by this time it was a different lady VERY RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ... ARGUED W ME ON THE ISSUE!!! I OWN A BUSINESS NEVER ARGUE W A CUSTOMER, EVER!!!! She said it's fine you can go you won't be charged, the money isn't on my card... I threw away the clothes we had on and left... THANKS FOR RUINING MY BIRTHDAY... VERY DISAPPOINTED
DIRTY! I visited with my daughter on our way to pick up our new puppy. My seven-year-old was the first to notice that the counters were not cleaned. With covid, I grabbed soap and water and the wash cloth was filthy! The hair dryer was left out and was dirty. The headboard had dust on it. I found a lot of dust throughout the room. I did check all corners of the bed and did not see any bugs. I ended up cleaning the entire room. The pictures online of this hotel are very deceiving. Maybe it was a nice hotel once, but it is anything but that now. I stayed here because it had decent reviews on a lot of sites. Not sure what is really going on here, but I would not stay here. My anxiety is through the roof in this room, and I do not even have anxiety!!!!!
The staff was highly unprofessional. They made me wait for too long at the reception although there was no other customer. When I gave my feedback, they send me an email with nasty and racial comments. They even don’t know how to talk to their customers. The room itself was Ok but needed more cleaning. There was so much noise from the neighboring rooms. I would say it was really over-priced compared to overall services they provide. I would never go to this hotel again and don’t recommend it.
