I had a pleasant stay the hotel staff at the front desk was awesome and the hotel was really quite and i got some much needed rest
I went here with my children for their mid semester break. This is a decent spot to remain and it overhauled for the best recently. Bed was agreeable, cost was not too bad. Spotless and agreeable spot to stay. Easy access to the interstate and other main attractions. I loved the staff here. They are always ready to help with a smile on their face.
I and my friend were looking for a decent and affordable inn for my night stay while we were returing late from a meeting. This hotel was a decent inn and at a decent location. We stayed before visiting the Illinois State Fair. The staff was benevolent and the room was spotless and agreeable. I would recommend this lodging to everyone.
Our family stayed Feb vacation for a few days skiing at Loon. It’s not Ritz but for the price it’s worth every penny. The room, bath, bed, linens and hotel in general was clean. There have been updates like LV Floors and tv. Staff was great at check in, provided fan, wine opener, new remote and toothpaste. Breakfast was quick grab and go.. very clean. Only complaint is the smell of cleaner but shows they definitely disinfected for Covid. Open window and fan it was quickly solved. See you this Summer!!
No hot water, TV remote wasn’t working, blood spots on the shower curtain, hair in the bathroom sink. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had the jacuzzi suite and couldn’t use the jacuzzi because of no hot water.
