Hotel was good. Staff not so much. We stayed one night on January 2, 2021 but was charged for two nights. When I called the hotel all they could say was check my bank in 5 days. They had to have put the charges in twice. The lady on the phone just kept saying I wasn't charged twice. Well according to my bank I was!!
Excellent service. Friendly staff day and night.
Staff was excellent and friendly, and the lobby was nice. Rooms were clean, but very dated, small, and the bed was a bit lumpy. I think this hotel would be great if they do some renovations soon. It seems weird to me that the lobby appears updated recently but the rooms are not.
Better than boring peoria, illinois
Wow...one of the nicer Hampton Inns I have been to. Clean. Felt new and nice. Plenty of towels.
