Correct Roofing completed a 2,800 sq foot roof on my commercial building in Kane count in January 2020. The owner Sam was responsive and came out the day after I placed the call to their office. The permit was secured quickly with the City, he was familiar with the codes, and was able to add roofing insulation and repair some other items that were not initially included in the bid (added later via supplements) that helped improve the roof job. Job site was left clean. Some confusion toward the end with regard to invoice total but ultimately was worked out satisfactorily.
I would highly recommend this company. We called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and Mr. Biggs came out and assessed our home and found that we had storm damage. He helped us through the complete process of filing our claim with the Insurance company. Thanks to Mr. Biggs and his team, we got out roof, siding and gutters replaced and our home looks amazing. Thank you for all you did for us.
I had severe storm damage to my home. Correct Roofing came and met with my adjuster as well as performed all of the work that was in my claim down to replacing the window screens. I am very happy with everything.
Horrible business office. No billing invoices or receipts. Office girl would call and say she's on the way to pick up a payment. We always paid. Even a crew guy asked us for a payment. What??!! Respectful crew, kept yard clean. We pointed out things that needed to be completed. Would not recommend!ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
