Swings is a good place to live, nice little community out there and Ron swing is doing alot of updates to the trailers.

It's a trailer park, strict rules unless you own your own lot

Dont expect to get any sleep because they like to make as much noise as possible while renovating at ridiculous hours of the morning yet it takes them many many months to finish!
