Jim at Prusak Roofing was awesome when we had to have our roof replaced somewhat unexpectedly. He was always available for questions as we decided what we wanted to do to fix some ventilation and insulation problems. Explained everything clearly, showed us where the issues on the old roof were, and their price was very competitive.nnHis crew showed up early on the day our roof was scheduled to be done. They worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, they protected the house with plywood while they were working and swept around the house for nails after they were done. I was amazed at how fast they completed the job.nnWe had a small bubble appear on a small section of flat roof a few months after everything was installed (no water ever leaked in) and they came out promptly to fix it. We've had no issues since the roof was replaced almost 4 years ago, even with the severe storms over the summer and with the insane snow last month.
I was totally impressed with the entire roofing experience when dealing with the Prusak company. From the person who answers the phone, to the person who does the quotes and explains the process to the actual workers who did an outstanding job. I was especially happy with the way they cleaned up after the work was completed. I would highly recommend Prusak to anyone who is looking to have roof repairs or with installing a new roof.
We had a large snow buildup on the roof and had large ice masses bending the front gutters. Mike Prusak came right out to take a look. I was very hyper having had inside ice damage from the same at our prior house. Mike advised the natural melt to proceed as a forced removal could damage our awnings. Well the only damage the natural melt left behind was gutters bent out of shape by the weight of ice. Mike helped me in the correct wording to update the insurance company. Ours was a continuous Gutter and the partial repair being offered might not last. With the back and forth with insurance a sum was offered along with our deductible got the whole Gutter replaced. A very excellent job was done screwed not nailed and it will sure outlast me. Thank you Mike for being there for us every step of the way and your installer who did a four star job installing our replacement gutters. Well done all the way. ****
Very pleased with there professionalism and quality. Used Prusak 2 years ago for my roof. I have recommended them to others, just today a neighbor came over to see the gutters they just installed he said he will call them for siding. Work crew stays very busy and quite friendly. Excellent clean up when job is complete.
I called Prusak to estimate roof repairs due to a storm that damaged many properties in the area. My roof had damage all over. Prusak responded quickly and the very next day placed tarps to prevent further damage. Jim worked with me well as I navigated my insurance claim. They were very patient. In the end, I decided to move forward with Prusak for a total roof tear-off and replacement. Prusak had the most reasonable and comprehensive estimate. I have a huge roof but it only took Prusak 3 days, start to finish. The company who replaced my neighbor's roof took 2.5 weeks. And their roof is the same size as mine. In addition to doing great work at a great price, they are super nice and extremely easy to work with.nSometimes when you see 5 star reviews, you wonder whether they are from family and friends. I can tell you that the Prusak reviews are real. Prusak performed exactly as expected. I would recommend them to anyone.
