Tried tearing a roof off at my house in Yorkville (no knowledge of them whatsoever). Never even heard of these guys or the company. Nobody spoke English (I am bilingual thankfully). Finally figured out they were on the wrong street after no response from company after multiple calls. Literally had to drive around my subdivision to help the crew find out where to go out of the kindness of my heart. Needless to say, crew said multiple negative things about company which would lead me to believe you should probably not hire them either!!! You may get lucky and have them tear your roof off by mistake so you can get a free one though!
i find it interesting that the Universal crew is at my house working the same day Ted McGinty put up his bogus review. I saw the crew pull up and nobody was with them. Also there are people on the team who speak english just fine. The Universal team did a spectacular job! I also know other roofing teams in the neighborhood have been badmouthing other companies trying to get the roofing business in this subdivision because everyone got storm damage. I highly reccomend Universal and I'm a perfectionist.
